- 104 Kochi's Synagogue Located in Jewtown on the eastern side of Mattancherry Penninsula is Asia's oldest synagogue. A once thriving community of over four thousand Jews has now dwindled to a few families. The synagogue is replendent with Belgian chandaliers, ornately hand-painted Chinese tiles, and beautiful wood carving. |
