Varanasi #114 Hindus bath in one of the more than 100 ghats along the Ganges River at Varanasi. Most of the ghats have a special religious significance - among them is Hanuman Ghat, used by the worshippers of the monkey god Hanuman. Asi Ghat is considered the holiest as it stands at the confluence of the Asi and Ganges Rivers.
