On the shores of Danau Bratan sits the majestic Hindu-Buddhist temple of Pura Ulun Danu Bratan, built on a series of small islands in the 17th century.
One of Bali's most photographed scenes - although on this day most of the temple was covered in scaffolding and the sky by heavy monsoon cloud.
