Dyers Souk, Marrakech
Lengths of material are draped in the laneways just above head height in a myriad of colour in the dyers souk of Marrakesh medina. In the labyrinth laneways radiating of Place Djemma el Fna there are carpet souks, leather souks, potters souks, carpenters souks, coppersmiths souks and an interesting apothecary souk where traditional medicines are prepared.
