Marabout's Tomb, Tiznit
Tiznit is a traditional walled town close to the Anti-Atlas Mountains in the south. The town was established in 1882 by SultanMoulay Hassan (Hassan I) when he was undertaking a harka (burning raid) in the Souss and Anti-Atlas.
Tiznit was also an important garrison post for the French.
